1) Invite your friends

2) Post in groups
Join networking groups. This can include groups that are similar to yours, but should consist mainly of groups that your target audience is in. I make it a habit to post at least once a week in groups. Just make sure you post high quality content without many links, or else it will come off as spam. You should include what you can offer, why it adds value to your audience, and the link back to your page.
3) Post on walls of pages
By posting to pages, it is a guarantee that the page owner will see it. This creates the chance that they should share your page with their fans, which will get you more likes. People who come to their page may see it and check out your page as well.
3) Have a link on your site
If you have a website that gets good traffic, having social media links is a must. A call to action to like your Facebook page can be included on your website, e-mail blasts, or blog. If they really dig the content on your page, they will most likely like and support your Facebook page.
4) Have it on your business card
People will like your page if they know that you have one. So, put it out there on your print material, such as flyers or business cards, that you have a Facebook page. An extra tip is to put exclusive content on your Facebook page, then tell your audience about it through your print material. This will encourage them to give you a like, in order to get something they want.
